[Replay]Various Replay Bugs

Requirements:
Watching a replay.

Instructions:
A few bugs in replays.
1. Whatever slot you're in, you will be able to press that person's hotkeys.
2. You will see the player who's slot your in on the map as the green colour when you usually play games(Only seen in 1.12 I believe).
3. You will see all pings on the map done or seen by the player whos slot you're in.
4. Anyone watching the replay who leaves or drops from the game will display the host's name instead.
5. The send to thing for messages will have a dropdown list for the players of the replay, not the ones watching it.
