Requirements:
An Arbiter(Recall Ability), Peons of any race.

Instructions:
To mine from anywhere, without coming in contact with the mineral field, start by moving your Arbiter over an area where ground units can't be recalled to. Next, order your peons to mine from a mineral field somewhere far away. While the peons are headed towards the mineral field, order the Arbiter to recall the peons. Since they can't be recalled to invalid terrain, they will stop, and mine from the mineral field from where they are!
You can also use the same method for returning cargo. While peons are headed back to the base, recall and they will throw it into your accumulated minerals/gas instantly!
