Float a Drone(1.13f)

Requirements:
Drones, an Arbiter(Recall ability and Stasis ability).

Instructions:
Successfully complete the Pissed off Drone glitch, and recall the drone standing on the geyser across the map somewhere. It will still make the anoying sounds and pings. Freeze the drone again. Once it unfreezes, it will float to its original position, back at the geyser. It will float there regardless of units, buildings, or terrain that block its path.

Anti-Glitch:
Put a location over invalid terrain, detecting and removing drones that float.
