A Lurker and a Liftable Building

Instructions:
Order the building to land, having the Lurker right next to the landing point. While the building is landing, move the Lurker under it. Once the building is almost done landing, you can proceed with burrowing the lurker. Very easy to execute, you now have a lurker under your building, hidden from melee unit attack and being targetted.

Anti-Glitch:
Ground-only location-building trigger checking system, to check for lurkers placed under buildings for X amount of time.
