Float an SCV

Requirements:
An SCV, an Arbiter(With recall), an unfinished terran building, and some invalid terrain available.

Instructions:
Well, if you don't have the unfinished terran building, you can easily get it by building it, then stopping the SCV before completion. Move the SCV to the starting position for the float, and move the arbiter over any type of invalid terrain. Now tell the SCV to finish building the building, and tell the arbiter to recall the SCV. Since the arbiter is on invalid terrain, the scv will not be recalled, but instead will be floating towards the building over any obsticles. Recall the SCV again and the building will start to be built without the SCV being near it. Recall a third time to have the SCV stop where it is, and have the building continue being built!

Anti-Glitch:
Have a location over invalid terrain that can detect if an SCV is present, then remove the SCV. ~or~ Disallow the user to own both an SCV and Arbiter.
